The Teach for Mongolia (TFM) Fellowship has officially opened applications for the 2026 cohort. The program aims to reduce educational inequality and expand access to quality education for every child in Mongolia.
The Fellowship is a leadership development program that places selected participants in public schools located in rural and underserved communities where there is a shortage of teachers. Fellows teach in these schools for two years, working to create meaningful and lasting change in the education system.
Beyond teaching in the classroom, TFM Fellows support students’ academic growth, strengthen their leadership and participation, and implement initiatives and projects that contribute to positive change in their local school communities.
