WHAT IS THE “RURAL SCHOOL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM”?
We offer the "Rural School Leadership Program" free of charge to the administrators of the schools we collaborate with, aiming to strengthen their leadership skills.
ABOUT PROGRAM
Through this program, we bring together the administrators of our partner rural schools in Ulaanbaatar and conduct training sessions on the following:
Introduction to the Teach for Mongolia Program
Leadership Skills for Administrators
Organisational Culture
Strengthening Collaboration with Parents, Local Communities, and Organizations
Study Tour to Model Public and Private Schools in Ulaanbaatar
Networking and Continuous Learning Among Schools

The program for school administrators was first implemented in 2024 in collaboration with the Hobby School and New Era School.

In 2025, the program successfully brought together rural school administrators in Ulaanbaatar and was implemented in collaboration with PwC Mongolia-PwC Academy, the Institute of International Education (IIE), the National University of Mongolia, and the Goethe International School.
