In March, we conducted field visits to our partner rural schools as part of the Teach for Mongolia program.
We visited the schools where program participant teachers are working, including those in Shariingol soum, Darkhan-Uul Province, Mandal soum, Selenge Province, Khanbogd and Tsogttsetsii soums, Umnugovi Province, and Saintsagaan soum, Dundgovi Province. During these visits, we observed school operations, reviewed ongoing projects, and followed the teaching and learning processes.

The purpose of this visit was to examine the experiences of program participants working in rural soum schools, assess their teaching methodologies, and identify opportunities and conditions for improving the quality of future lessons and program implementation, while also providing support.
As a result, we observed how schools are working to enhance equitable access to education, ensure quality learning opportunities for every student, and increase student engagement beyond the classroom. These efforts were reflected through student participation, teacher leadership, school organization, and collaboration in practice.
