Catalyst Student 2026: 13 Youth-Led Projects Chosen for Funding

Within the framework of the “Catalyst Student” program, a total of 41 project proposals were received this year.

Following an initial screening process, 21 teams advanced to the second-round interviews. Based on a comprehensive evaluation of their project concepts, implementation plans, and potential impact, 13 projects were selected for support. These teams represent Ulaanbaatar and five provinces across the country.

The selected teams will receive funding to implement their initiatives with the goal of creating meaningful and positive change for children and youth in both rural and urban communities.

This selection process reflects the program’s commitment to fostering youth-led, solutions-oriented engagement and to empowering young people to make substantive contributions to the social development of their communities.
