In September, Teach for Mongolia conducted its regular visits to partner schools, meeting with fellows and providing ongoing support. This time, we visited the schools where our fellows - I.Bilguun, M.Ariuntsetseg, B.Lkhagvadulam, T.Tuvsanaa, P.Enkhmaa, and J.Enkhzaya - are working, located in Tuv, Darkhan-Uul, Selenge, and Dundgovi provinces. Visits to the schools of other program participants are planned for October.

During the visits, we met with school leaders, managers, teachers, and students, and became familiar with the program participants’ working environment, teaching methods, classroom activities, and ongoing projects. We also held open discussions on the pressing educational challenges and development opportunities in the local schools, exchanging ideas and insights, which proved to be highly valuable.
The purpose of these visits was to learn from the experiences of fellows working in rural schools, observe the outcomes of their initiatives, and gather insights to further improve the program. During these visits, we observed firsthand how the Teach for Mongolia program teachers are working in rural areas with dedication to supporting student learning and promoting equitable education.
