Teach For Mongolia’s 2024-2026 Cohort Sets Vision for the Year Ahead

On August 20, Teach For Mongolia held a gathering for the fellows of its third cohort (2024–2026). During the meeting, participating teachers reflected on the progress and impact they had made over the past year and set out their shared goals and plans for the year ahead.

At an individual level, fellows committed to further developing their teaching skills and fostering greater student engagement in the classroom. At the program level, they worked together to design a collective action plan for the upcoming year, with a strong focus on creating more positive school environments and ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate meaningfully in learning.

This gathering served as an important milestone in strengthening collaboration among fellows and aligning their efforts toward driving meaningful change in schools and communities across Mongolia.
