Rural School Leadership Program - October Meeting Successfully Held.

The October meeting of the RSLP was held under the theme “Community Engagement.” This session focused on enhancing community participation in the development of educational institutions and emphasized the importance of leadership and collaboration among school administrators.

The meeting was facilitated by B.Anar, former principal of Orchlon International School, who shared insights and practical recommendations on how local schools can attract community support and strengthen collaborative leadership.

During the meeting, participants discussed ways to increase parents and community involvement in school policy and exchanged ideas and experiences, which became one of the key outcomes of the training.
