RSLP - The September Training was successfully held

On September 19, we organized the “Data-Driven Decision Making” training for local school leaders.

The training, conducted by researcher B. Batkhuu, provided participants with in-depth insights into the value of research and practical ways to apply it effectively in daily school management and long-term planning, enriching their skills and approaches.

Participants also shared relevant information and best practices with each other and discussed common challenges, which further enriched the overall value of the training.

This training enabled school leaders to make future decisions more confidently, based on research and evidence, while also taking an important step toward strengthening a culture of collaboration and mutual learning.
