Participation of Teach for Mongolia NGO in the National Forum Introducing Mongolia’s Updated NDC 3.0

On 5 November, Mongolia convened the National Forum to present the updated Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) 3.0 under the Paris Agreement. The Teach for Mongolia NGO participated in this significant event.


The forum brought together a broad range of stakeholders, including representatives from government institutions, the private sector, civil society organizations, academic and research institutions, heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Mongolia, and international development partners.

During the panel discussion, Mr G.Gantushig, Founder and Executive Director of our organisation, presented insights on implementing climate education for children and youth through the “Catalyst Student” project. He underscored the critical importance of strengthening and expanding climate education nationwide.


This forum served as an important platform demonstrating the value of multi-stakeholder engagement in supporting the implementation of Mongolia’s NDC 3.0. It further emphasized the need to ensure the meaningful participation and representation of children and young people in national climate action efforts.
