In November, Teach For Mongolia’s Founder & CEO, G.Gantushig, and Board Chair, D.Nomin, participated in a global convening of network partner CEOs and board members held in Cambodia. The event was organized under the theme “Cultivating Interdependence,” emphasizing that effective systems change is rooted in strong, collaborative relationships.

As highlighted throughout the convening, sustainable and meaningful transformation within education and social systems depends on fostering trust, communication, and interconnectedness among leaders, organizations, and communities.

During the convening, participants engaged in in-depth discussions and collaborative learning focused on pressing global challenges and opportunities. Key topics included strategies for recruiting and developing the next generation of educational leaders, mobilizing and securing resources amidst a changing philanthropic and aid landscape, leveraging artificial intelligence to promote equity in education, and strengthening collective leadership to drive systemic change across diverse contexts.

Teach For Mongolia’s participation in this convening underscores the organization’s commitment to global learning, collaboration, and leadership development. The event reaffirmed that cultivating strong, interconnected relationships is essential for advancing educational equity and building a more just and sustainable world.
