Enhancing Collaboration and Inclusion: Rural School Leadership Program in August

On August 19, we successfully held an online training session for rural school leaders on the topic of “On-boarding Culture” During the session, participants explored the importance of fostering a supportive environment for new team members and learned strategies to integrate and mentor them while cultivating a positive workplace culture.

The training provided school leaders with practical ideas to strengthen team cohesion, enhance collaboration, and ensure that every staff member feels valued and supported within their school community. Participants left the session equipped with actionable insights to promote a more connected and inclusive school environment.
