WHAT WE DO
We identify passionate young leaders from diverse fields who are committed to fostering positive societal change and place them as teachers in rural secondary schools for two years, addressing critical teacher shortages and making a meaningful impact in underserved communities.
Selection
Young leaders from various fields who are eager to make a difference in education will be carefully selected.
Distribution
We deploy our program's teachers to rural areas experiencing critical teacher shortages, ensuring they provide essential educational support where it is needed most.
Training and development
Participants will engage in ongoing training and personal development programs for two years and become members of our alumni association upon completion.
